If you contact us or submit a business enquiry, we may receive information such as your name, business email address, company name, country, business vertical, product or sourcing requirement, expected quantity, target timeline and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identity numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.

3. How we use enquiry information

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your enquiry, understand product and sourcing requirements, communicate about potential next steps, maintain relevant business records, protect the form against spam or misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Hosting, service providers and sharing

The website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Depending on the features enabled in the deployed version, information may be processed by website hosting, database, spam-prevention and email-delivery providers (for example, Cloudflare services and the email provider configured by Localex). Those providers process information to operate the relevant services under their own terms and privacy information.

We do not offer enquiry details for sale. We may share relevant information with service providers supporting the website and, where necessary to evaluate or respond to a specific sourcing request, with relevant business or logistics partners. We will limit such sharing to what is reasonably needed for the enquiry and any applicable permissions or legal requirements.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures intended to protect enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Localex must set and document its actual retention schedule and access controls before the enquiry backend is activated.

6. Spam prevention, cookies and analytics

The enquiry form may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. The hosting platform may also process technical request data in its logs for security and service operation. Essential browser storage or cookies may be used where required for website functionality or security.

Non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies should only be activated after Localex has decided what tools to use and implemented any notices or consent controls required by applicable law. This policy does not claim that a particular analytics or advertising service is currently active.

7. International processing

Because Localex communicates with international buyers and may use service providers with infrastructure in different locations, information may be processed outside the country from which you submit it, subject to applicable legal requirements and the providers' arrangements.

8. Your requests
